Who can organise an AgentCamp event?

Anyone who is passionate about AI and wants to share their knowledge can organise an AgentCamp event!

When can we host our event?

Between 1 February and 1 June 2026.

What should the agenda look like?

That’s completely up to you! It is only required to play the pre-recorded keynote.
Otherwise, feel free to shape your agenda based on your local community — whether that means workshops, talks, or networking sessions.

Will content be provided?

We’re curating reusable workshops and slide decks for you to adapt at your event. You can find them here

Is artwork available?

Absolutely! As an organiser you will get access to all artwork that you can use to promote the event. Please do not make any changes to the official branding. You can find them here

Can we charge a fee?

NO - AgentCamp 2026 events must be free to attend.

Does the event need to be in-person?

No, but In-person events foster better collaboration and networking opportunities.
