Partner
Purpose
Partner status enables organizations to financially or materially support Global AI Community activities while receiving agreed visibility and engagement opportunities across specific events, chapters, or initiatives.
Eligibility
Organizations may qualify as Partners if they:
- Are a legal organization
- Support ethical, inclusive, and responsible AI development
- Agree to the Global AI Community Code of Conduct and values
- Commit to the annual €6,000 partnership fee
- Offer any agreed in-kind contribution, such as product credits, licenses, subscriptions, tools, or training resources
- Enter into a written sponsorship agreement
- Agree to all sponsorship guidelines and brand usage policies
- Respect the independence of chapters and community activities
Benefits
- Logo placement and recognition on the Global AI Community partner page
- Agreed visibility through relevant channels, including the community platform, Global AI Weekly, YouTube, and events
- Sponsored presence at selected events or content initiatives
- Access to Global AI Community event organizing tools for agreed event series
- Opportunities to offer approved products, credits, licenses, or subscriptions to relevant community audiences
- Speaking or content opportunities (proposal-based)
- Optional recruitment or promotional opportunities where appropriate
Limitations
- Do not influence editorial independence or chapter governance
- Receive no exclusivity unless explicitly agreed in writing
- Must respect local chapter autonomy and approval processes
- May not claim that a product offer is endorsed by the Global AI Community
- May not access or exploit community member data
Pricing
Partner status costs €6,000 per year.
