AgentCon 2027 / Sponsor our anniversary year

10 years of Global AI. 10 conferences.

In 2027, Global AI turns 10. Our goal is 10 free-to-attend AgentCon conferences. Help us bring developers together to build with AI agents.

A developer conference. A practical contribution.

AgentCon is the Global AI Community's conference series focused on AI agents. Sponsorship helps keep events free for attendees while bringing technical expertise into the room.

Global AI HQ organizes and runs the 2027 series, managing locations, event coordination, and sponsorship. You'll work directly with HQ from your first conversation through to event delivery.

Each event targets 150–400 attendees, with a minimum target of 150 and a maximum target of 400. These are planning targets, not guaranteed attendance.

Sponsorship Benefits

Before, during, and after the event.

The published per-event offer below is confirmed in your agreement. Format, agenda, and venue permissions determine what can be delivered locally.

Speaking Session or Workshop

A dedicated 25- or 45-minute session, depending on the event format, or a 60–90-minute workshop where the venue permits. Content is reviewed for educational value.

Pre-Event Exposure

Sponsor listing on the event page, a content block in the pre-event email, and a social media post announcing the sponsorship.

On-Site Visibility

A verbal mention during opening remarks and space for a banner or small stand where the venue permits. Don't assume a full booth or exhibition area.

Post-Event Exposure

A content block in the post-event email, an event report, and event photos through the Global AI Community Flickr albums.

How to Become a Sponsor

From first conversation to event day.

  1. Share your goals

Tell HQ about your organization, preferred locations, and the technical content or expertise you'd like to bring.

  2. Agree the scope

Confirm the events, benefits, contributions, and timeline in writing. HQ reviews content and coordinates with local organizers.

  3. Get ready together

Confirm your speakers and send logos, branding assets, and session materials at least 4 weeks before each event.

Community-first, by design.

Useful content. Clear agreements. An independent community.

All sponsorship arrangements require a written agreement with Global AI HQ. Sponsored content is reviewed for alignment with the community's educational mission, and sponsors must follow the Code of Conduct.

Sponsor responsibilities and terms
  • Provide logos, branding assets, and session/workshop materials at least 4 weeks before each event.
  • Ensure speakers are available and confirmed.
  • Supply physical materials, such as banners and stands, as needed.
  • Follow the AgentCon branding guidelines. Sponsor branding must not override AgentCon branding; logos on main event visuals require HQ approval.
  • All sponsorship fees are non-refundable. Switching events requires mutual written agreement.

Limitations

  • Sponsors do not influence speaker selection, agenda curation, or chapter governance. A sponsored session remains subject to content review.
  • Sponsors do not receive attendee personal data or contact lists.
  • Sponsorship does not grant exclusivity over topics, technologies, or competing sponsors unless explicitly agreed in writing.
  • Sponsors must follow ethical and responsible AI practices.

Let's build a useful event together.

Send us your preferred cities and what you'd like to share with the community. We'll start with the fit, then work through the details.
